Before joining the firm, she spent over 10 years managing accounting and financial processes—work that sharpened her expertise in clean books, accurate reporting, and dependable financial systems.



Kirsten also brings 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, including benefits administration, payroll, employee support, and process coordination. Her blend of financial and HR capability makes her a trusted partner for both internal teams and clients who value clarity and reliability.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two boys, enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
